Soma Play is a collection of fun educational games for children ages 3–12. We're committed to keeping the platform safe, friendly, and respectful of everyone's privacy — especially children's.

2. Information We Collect

We only collect what we need to run the games. That's usually:

• ▸ Account details — your name, email (optional), and phone number (used for M-Pesa payments).
• ▸ Game activity — scores, games played, and time spent, so we can show progress and leaderboards.
• ▸ Payment records — confirmation that a payment was made via M-Pesa. We do not store your M-Pesa PIN
• ▸ Basic device info — like browser type, so the games work well on your phone or computer.

3. Information We Do NOT Collect

To be clear, we never collect:

• ✓ Your M-Pesa PIN
• ✓ Your device's location
• ✓ Your contacts, photos, or files
• ✓ Any information from children beyond what's needed to play

4. How We Use Your Information

We use your information only for these things:

• ▸ To let you log in and play games
• ▸ To process M-Pesa payments and manage subscriptions
• ▸ To save your scores and show progress
• ▸ To improve the games and fix problems

That's it. We don't sell your data, and we don't use it to show you ads.

5. Children's Privacy

Soma Play is designed for children, so we take their privacy very seriously. Accounts should be created by a parent, guardian, or teacher. We never ask children for personal information beyond what is needed to play, and we never share children's information with third parties for marketing.

6. Payment Information

All payments are handled through Safaricom M-Pesa. When you make a payment, M-Pesa confirms the transaction with us — we only receive confirmation and a payment reference. We never see or store your M-Pesa PIN.

7. Who Can See Your Information

Your information is only visible to:

• ▸ You — through your account
• ▸ Soma Play staff — only when needed to help you or fix a problem
• ▸ Payment providers — Safaricom, to process M-Pesa payments

Nobody else. We don't share your information with advertisers or sell it to anyone, ever.

8. Keeping Your Information Safe

We use standard security measures to protect your account and data. Passwords are stored securely (never in plain text), and access to our systems is limited to a small number of staff.

9. Your Rights

You can ask us to:

• ▸ Correct anything that's wrong
• ▸ Delete your account and personal information
