1. About Soma Play

Soma Play is a collection of fun educational games for children ages 3–12. Our goal is to make learning enjoyable — with games for maths, words, science, and puzzles.

2. Who Can Use Soma Play

• ▸ The games are made for children, but accounts should be created by a parent, guardian, or teacher.
• ▸ If you're under 18, please make sure a grown-up knows you're using Soma Play.
• ▸ Each account should be used by one person or institution.

3. Payments & Subscriptions

• ▸ All payments are made through M-Pesa (Safaricom).
• ▸ Plans start from 5 KES per day — you can also choose weekly, monthly, or yearly.
• ▸ Subscriptions give unlimited access to every game while active.
• ▸ You can cancel anytime — access stays until the end of your paid period.

4. Playing Fair

Please use Soma Play in a friendly and respectful way. Don't try to:

• ▸ Copy, sell, or share the games without permission
• ▸ Break or interfere with the site or other users
• ▸ Use someone else's account or phone number

5. Your Content

Any scores, progress, or achievements you earn while playing belong to you. We may show high scores and leaderboards to make the games more fun, but we'll never share personal information like your phone number or email.

6. Our Content

All games, designs, names, and logos on Soma Play belong to us. You're welcome to play, but please don't copy or reuse them without asking us first.

7. Changes to the Service

We may add new games, update existing ones, or improve how Soma Play works. Sometimes we might remove a game or feature — we'll always try to keep things running smoothly.

8. No Guarantees

We try our best to keep Soma Play working well, but we can't promise it will always be online or error-free. If something goes wrong, please let us know — we'll do our best to fix it quickly.
